Moving?  When packing breakable items, use towels and washcloths to wrap them in instead of newspaper.  You won't have to wash them when you unpack, and you don't need an extra box to pack those towels.  Yes, it works!  Done this many times!

A fire safety tip from Terry, don't ever leave your dryer running when you are not home!

Adding a second rod to a closet doubles space easily and inexpensively.  We add a second rod many times for costumers.

When buying paint, always buy more than you need.  The extra can be used for touch-ups, plus it's a lot safer than running out and having to match what was already bought.

Ceramic tile made to look like stone is a durable and affordable choice.  It is easy to remove stains especially if you tint the grout to match the color of the stone.  We do this many times with our new home construction.
